hERE’S WHAT WE OFFER:
1. CHURCH HEALTH ASSESSMENTS
The CHAT tools helps churches with a congregational survey and an opportunity for real-time input from the congregation. It helps leaders identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities to move the church forward in mission. The Life Cycle of every church should be considered as churches can have multiple life cycles.
2. JOURNEYS
The Discovery Journey is a one-month exploration for churches to who want to turn around from plateau and decline to thriving. This journey offers an in-depth analysis with prescriptions designed to jump-start any church towards being a soul-winning, disciple making church. Watch a video about the Discovery process here.
The Acts 2 Journey is a 10-month process led by a facilitator to help you fulfill the vision to strengthen your church spiritually, numerically and relationally. Join with a team of leaders from your church over the course of ten months to pray, dream, and strategize about the future of your church. Learn more about the Acts 2 Journey here.
3. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Leadership is learned. Most of us need help to be the best leaders we can be. We offer coaching for leaders who want to grow in their leadership skills; developing people around you, having crucial conversations, navigating change, understanding the different levels of leadership and more. Leaders are learners and there’s always an opportunity to grow as a leader.
