Gary led in one of our growing metro churches for 36 years, then transitioned to be our District Superintendent in 2017. His hope is that your District team will be your single most helpful resource in leading and growing your church. His goal is that 80% of our churches will be experiencing incremental growth within the next three years.

Surviving attempted infanticide, beatings, and captivity in his own home, Maury's life was transformed through a small church reaching out to troubled youth. A divine encounter turned his abusive past into a testimony of redemption.

Maury has shared his message, "Hope is Here," with compassion and humour worldwide, serving with Teen Challenge for over twenty years. His memoir, Child of Woe, has inspired thousands. The YouTube Video has over 1.4 million views.

Child of Woe has been adapted into a graphic novel with a vision to reach younger generations, the abused, and those living at risk.

Associate Pastor
Bradford Community Church, ON

Gerry and Elaine Tonn have been pastoring in Ontario for over 40 years, including as lead pastor for 26 years. Currently they are the Associate Pastors at Bradford Community Church. Elaine is a Bible teacher and facilitates workshops on healing trauma. Gerry provides pastoral care and restoration for the pastors of the PAOC Western Ontario District and holds about 20 mental health seminars per year. He also teaches for the Mental Health Commission of Canada. Gerry has taught psychology at Master's Bible College and Seminary. Gerry and Elaine both graduated from Vanguard College in Edmonton. Gerry’s further education include master’s and doctoral degrees in theology, psychology, and leadership from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, and Tyndale College & Seminary. They have two daughters, two sons-in-law, and five grandchildren.

Rose Church, Winnipeg

Mark Roslund is the founder and Lead Pastor of Rose Church in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Mark leads alongside his wife, Roberta. Together they planted Rose Church in 2020, during the pandemic. Mark is passionate about Jesus and the local church. For over a decade, he has dedicated his life to preaching the gospel and pastoring. His passion is to see lost people found and found people use their lives to make a difference in the world. Mark and Roberta have 3 children: Rome, Hansen, and Wren.

The Jakab Co.

Connie is a Speaker, Author, and the CEO of the Jakab Co. She has been working in mental health and resilience for over 25 years in schools, researching how to bring the students who are falling through the cracks closer in. She is also the author of the Bring Them Closer series for parents and educators. Connie works as the North American Consultant for Loving Our Students On Purpose Philosophy, bringing a culture of connection, responsibility, and joy to schools. Connie has worked with school districts, such as the Surrey School Board, to bring a sustainable approach to social/emotional learning and wellness in schools. Connie is an incarnational church planter and Kingdom innovator.

Dr. Prince Oteng-Boateng has over 28 years of experience as a therapist, pastor, and educator. Dr. Oteng-Boateng earned his BA in Religious Studies from the University of Cape Coast, a Master of Divinity from Asia United Theological University, and a Master of Theology in Christian Counseling from Torch University. He completed his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Seoul National University, focusing on forgiveness and marital satisfaction among expatriates. His post-doctoral training in Clinical Neuropsychology includes work with the Fielding Graduate University and internships in various clinical settings in Australia and Canada. Dr. Oteng-Boateng has helped individuals and families overcome challenges, fostering a deep respect for diverse backgrounds. He employs a research-oriented, evidence-based therapeutic approach.

Family Life Psychology & Wellness

As the founders of Family Life Psychology & Wellness, Joel and his wife, Andrea, have the privilege of supporting their clients and the communities they serve. In counseling, Joel is passionate about facilitating relational healing and cohesion. In assessment, Joel is intentional about working collaboratively with school-based teams to advocate for the unique needs of each child. Within the community, Family Life is honored to work collaboratively with health and education sectors to bring about social change, cohesion, and connection.

Family Foundations Canada

Neil Campbell, along with his wife Annette, are the Directors of Family Foundations Canada. Neil has been an Ordained Minister since 1987. Together, they pastored for over 30 years. For the last 16 years, they have been in a full-time position serving families across Canada. Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology, as well as a Masters in Transformation Leadership and a Doctorate in Ministry. Annette Campbell has ministry-related credentials with the PAOC. They have been married for 45 years and have three adult daughters, two sons-in-law, and four grandchildren. They have been the main speakers at Covenant Marriage Conferences and Building Strong Families Conferences throughout North America. Neil has also lead father-son rite of passage events across North America.

Mark has spent over 30 years as a worship pastor in some of Canada's largest churches and is the founding musical arranger of PraiseCharts.com, which serves thousands of churches globally. He has traveled to over 60 countries, leading worship, mentoring leaders, and consulting for churches. Mark is also the author of a popular blog, Worship Leaders University, and the book, Leading Worship: Notes From A Grand Adventure. He resides in Calgary, Alberta, where he enjoys spending time with his family, leading worship at Neighbourhood Church, mentoring musicians, hiking, biking and playing pickleball.
